Badlao Foundation has staff strength of nearly 90 people of which about half are women. Most of the staff members are local and as far as possible from the community with which the organization works with. There are also a number of professional staffers on board.
A four-member Board of Advisors and five-member Core Team guides these staff members to work in the most efficient manner.

Physical Resources
The head office of Badlao Foundation is located at Mihijam near Chittaranjan railway station. In addition it has seven more offices, two at Mihijam and the rest in other districts of the area of operation. Additionally, there is a state office in Ranchi.
