Badlao Foundation works all over Santhal Pargana division of Jharkhand. It is intensively working in five development blocks and 292 villages. The work covers 32,189 households. The target group includes scheduled tribes (STs), primitive tribal groups (PTGs) or indigenous people, dalits, minorities and other backward castes. Population covered is 1,25,260.
